how can I book you for my wedding?
I can't wait to hear from you! Just head over to my contact page and fill out the form. If I’m available, I’ll send over all the details! Pricing, next steps, and answers to any questions you have. Once we decide we’re the perfect fit, a signed contract and a 50% deposit make it official! It’s all super easy and done online. Then, you get to breathe easy knowing your wedding day will be captured in the most thoughtful, authentic way. And don’t worry-I’ll be here to help every step of the way!
As soon as you're ready! Most of my couples book me 9-18 months out, but I’ve also had weddings come together in just a few weeks (love a spontaneous moment!). My calendar fills up fast! Especially in the spring and fall, so if you’ve got your date and you think I could be ~the one~ don't wait to reach out!
How far out do you book?
Every wedding day has its own vibe, and the number of photos you’ll receive depends on things like how many hours I’m shooting, your wedding size, and if you have a second photographer. That said, most of my couples end up with anywhere from 500-1,200 beautifully edited, high-resolution images, ready for download. For portrait sessions, you can expect around 80-120 images. No matter what, you’ll have plenty of gorgeous moments to relive over and over again!

Do you have back up gear and liability insurance?
YEP! Having backup gear is a non-negotiable for me! I would never show up to a wedding without it. Your memories deserve that level of care! I’m also fully insured with a $2 million liability policy, and if your venue needs a certificate of insurance, just let me kno. I’ve got you covered!
Absolutely! My website and Instagram are like the highlight reel, but I totally get that you want to see the whole story, not just the greatest hits. I’d love to share full galleries so you can get a feel for how I document an entire wedding day, start to finish. Just say the word, and I’ll send some your way!

Every online gallery I deliver includes a dedicated print shop with a variety of products to choose from but of course, you are also more than welcome to take your high-res files and print them wherever you'd like!

While scrolling through instagram we were immediately drawn to her photos, the emotion she was able to capture was pure magic. We hired Beca almost two years ago pre-pandemic and we were crushed when we couldn't hang out with her a year ago! But the wait was worth it, she blew us away on our wedding day.
